Digital books
Digital products do not require shipping. After Shopify confirms payment, the personalized PDF is created and added securely to My Books. A ready email is sent when the download becomes available.
Hardcover delivery
Hardcover shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days. Delivery options and charges are calculated by Shopify from the products, destination, and merchant shipping configuration.
Destinations and tracking
Available destinations, address validation, shipment tracking, international rates, delays, customs, returns, and replacement rules are governed by the final Shopify and fulfillment configuration shown to the customer.
