Digital products do not require shipping. Delivery timing and access instructions must be confirmed by the connected fulfillment workflow.
Hardcover delivery
Hardcover delivery options and charges are calculated by Shopify from the products, destination, and merchant shipping configuration. Any checkout estimate begins after the personalized book is approved and produced, not necessarily on the payment date.
Destinations and tracking
Available destinations, address validation, shipment tracking, international rates, delays, customs, returns, and replacement rules are governed by the final Shopify and fulfillment configuration shown to the customer.
